  • Tension in your body is stress. Is your jaw relaxed, or tense; do you grind your teeth? How about behind your eyes – at the temple, do you feel a strain? Headache? Does your neck feel stiff, and your shoulder’s tight? Back ache? Do your elbows, wrists, hips, knees or ankles hurt?

Find the things you love about your life now you want to take with you.

Find places similar – perhaps a hotel lobby, or library – and go there and read a book – feel what it’s like – live it now.

Find two magic hours every day to live it: no matter what.

Get up early, stay up late, whatever…commit and do it.

  • Cook (if you love it)

  • Garden

  • Hike, walk on the beach, climb a mountain.

  • Choose friends that feel good, relaxed and happy.
