Age Less - Live More - Love It!

by Cheryl Janecky

Feel like you are aging rapidly and slipping into declining health? Aches and pains, stiff joints? Do you notice signs of aging in the wrinkles on your face and hands? Do you notice more short-term memory loss - and you can't do two things at once without forgetting one?

Aging does not mean decline: A sedentary lifestyle -- sitting all day -- does mean decline. Know why? Your body can't function without movement. Add fast food and toxic buildup in your blood, tissues and vital organs and you have a recipe for disaster...self inflicted torture...and rapid decline.

Sounds dramatic doesn't it? It is. Living in a cess-pool of toxic waste is not a good thing. The good, fortunate news is - you are doing it - so you can fix it.

It may seem like work and building your future is most important in tough economic times - but the second your health fails - you are out of the game. Why not build your future on a healthy plan?

It's easy to fall into lazy, sloppy habits - and once in the rut - it is tough to get out. If you stay there long enough - dis-ease will find you. That makes it a lot harder to fix. Begin now to reverse your body's decline.

"What makes me so certain that
the natural human lifespan is far in excess
of the actual one is this. Among all my autopsies
(and I have performed over 1000), I have never
seen a person who died of old age. In fact, I do not
think that anyone has ever died of old age yet.
We invariably die because one vital part has worn out
too early in proportion to the rest of the body." Dr. Hans Selye

Aging does not mean decline. No one dies of aging - they die of stress related dis-ease that finally wears down an important body function. Indulging in your stress then, is suicide - albeit often slow - it is certain.

5 Simple Steps to Age Less.

1.) Stress Relief is the top priority.

Stop the tension and conflict that is short-circuiting your immune system and triggering your adrenal glands (flight/fight response.) You are over-stimulating your body - releasing adrenalin and other chemicals that become toxic over time. They build up -with no release - you do not run or fight - and the build up - further stresses the adrenals and other organs.

Symptoms of Stress (or Internal Conflict) - include not getting what you want and feeling annoyed, frustrated and angry. Ill-health (digestion problems, bloating, elimination, headaches), prone to accidents. Sleep erratic and wake up tired: No energy. Anxious, confused and annoyed easily - mind not organizing priorities and forgetful. Overwhelmed, sad, lonely.

Fear is triggering an adrenalin rush that carries over into the night. Without relief your body cannot restore itself. Anxiety pollutes the body with toxins that the over-stressed immune system cannot discharge normally, clouding your mind.

"And we have made of ourselves living cesspools,
and driven doctors to invent names for our diseases." Plato

Your body is telling you in detail about the stress that you need to fix.

All of the symptoms of stress are signs of poor health and signs of impending serious illness. No one and nothing is to blame-including your genetics.

You can take charge and change anything you like. That's how you know you are creating the problems...even the ones you are not aware of. You can find unconscious fears in physical ailments - and work backwards to relieve the stress.

You stay stuck in your sedentary habits with your Attitude.

Law of Attraction is delivering a match to your body/mind "vibration" and to what you are looking for (Focused on.) Go ahead and ignore it. It will get bigger. Might be worth relieving that stress and overcoming the fear.

Stop the stress just as you relieve any annoying condition in your life. Identify it, and then create a plan to change it: And then follow the plan. Sorta like taking crab grass out of the lawn or fixing a leaking roof. Methodical and simple.

"For the creator of a problem,
the solution is simple.
Quit doing it.

For the victim of a problem,
expect endless pain and suffering."
Cheryl Janecky

2.) Move and Breathe - Exercise twice a day - every day.

Your cells need oxygen and your heart needs activity to stay strong and healthy. Your lymph system only functions to clear away cell wastes when you move. A sedentary day leaves you feeling exhausted with sore (polluted) muscles. Soon joints stiffen and dis-ease settles in. Don't do that to yourself.

Take a long walk in nature - breathing clean, fresh air.

If you don't have an exercise plan - try yoga. It was designed to join the body, mind and spirit. It works quickly to restore your vitality.

"One of the biggest tragedies of human civilization
is the precedents of chemical therapy over nutrition.
It's a substitution of artificial therapy over nature,
of poisons over food, in which we are feeding people
poisons trying to correct the reactions of starvation."
Dr. Royal Lee (1951)

3.) Eat healthy food - organic, fresh - rich in nutrients.

Feed yourself well and you'll run more efficiently. Is fresh and organic expensive? Try diseases and hospitals. Pesticides KILL living things...that is poison. Small amounts build up and stress your internal organs, cells and tissues. Hello?

Eat a low-calorie diet. Studies done on aging show that - only a low calorie diet is a provable condition that leads to healthy aging. Eat less food, and at regular intervals and digestion works best.

4.) Drink water all day long.

Your body is 85+% fluids. Water is used in every chemical reaction (life) and your body can not function without it. In 2 days or less - your life ends without water. Water cleanses toxins and flushes your system (with movement).

Without enough water you are soon living in a cesspool of cell waste by-products. That taxes your liver, kidneys and lymph system. Drink at least 2 gallons a day (not soft drinks and juices - WATER). Slow dehydration leads to slow metabolism and soon illness.

5.) Sunshine is more than just healthy - it's necessary.

There is no danger from UV rays one hour after sunrise and before sunset. Sunlight is the catalyst that energizes elements in your bodies chemistry and immune system.

Sunlight also is a factor in healing some cancers and depression.

Once you've gotten your vitality back, it's time to: Live More.

"Often the difference between a successful person
and a failure is not one has better abilities or ideas,
but the courage that one has to bet on one's ideas,
to take a calculated risk --- and to act." Maxwell Maltz

Find what fires up your passion. Then design a clear Vision of exactly what that passion looks like.

What makes you very happy? What do you love....doing what? What hobby, talent, or activity? Create your own unique expression of what you love.

If you love it and keep at it long enough you will find a way to make it work. It can even become a successful business. It's all up to you.

Make it last: Love it!

There is an incredible power in appreciation. Appreciate yourself and what you want to accomplish. It will lift your spirits and attract the steps to continue vitalizing your life. Nothing will clear your mind of confusion faster than focusing on what you love and seeking a way to do it.

Make this a life-changing process.

"Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves
to recognize how good things really are." Marianne Williamson

Follow your inner-inspiration and find your own unique plan. If you love it - and love the results of even the tiniest changes - you will easily continue and get what you want.

If you choose to complain and feel discouraged that one of your BIG success have not yet materialized - you are setting yourself up to fail: Why do that? It's because complaining and finding fault is a bad habit. That is all it is.

Change that habit to appreciation and gratitude and you will end up Aging Less -Living More and Loving it!
