Solstice and Equinox: Align with the energy dynamics of the current season.
The year begins for many on November 1, the beginning of the Winter Season. The actual turning points are the mid-season although the calendar often refers to the date as, "...the first day of winter or spring..." The natural planting and harvesting cycles are self-evident.
The Seasons are each 1/4 of the year and 3 months long.
- Winter Solstice is about December 21st
- Spring Equinox is about March 21st
- Summer Solstice is about June 21st
- Fall Equinox is about September 21st
Winter Season - November 1 through January 31st.
Spring Season - February 1 through April 30th.
Summer Season - May 1 through July 30th
Fall or Autumn Season - August 1 through October 31st.
Visit the current Season and you'll find your own way of adapting to the changes that are inherent in that time of the year. Each cycle holds it's own promise and potential for the future.
