Fourth - Make a plan and set a schedule. Make it simple, and make it automatic. Post up phrases you want to live, or that make you smile -- use photos, whatever reminders trigger feeling good. Set a time to refresh yourself several times every day. Make a Vision Board and use the powerful tools advertisers use - for yourself!

Fifth - Expect resistance from your old habits and: Do It Anyway. If your first thought is, “I'll get to that later.” Your subconscious habit is to remain consistent with what you’ve always done - and are doing now. That’s inner resistance to what you want and it's not working for you. It’s only a habit and you can change it by repeating your ideal Vision - there's no greater natural cure than taking action.

Six - Find what you love. Take the easy way. Follow what feels good. You know that a sedentary lethargic attitude and lifestyle feels awful. Effort and struggle don’t work, because you’ve been trying that. Everyone recommends it - and they are wrong. Law of Attraction, right? Hard work gets more hard work. But habits have a strong hold - and they are automatic. Pay attention to the Big Picture of your Vision and your destiny, and you’ll see your old habits for what they are. That makes it easier to make changes.

Seven - Raise your vibrations daily by appreciating your life and feeling better and better about where you are as you love your Vision and where you are going.
